A major direction of our activity is to manage and to permanently improve our software development process. The main target is to sustain the development quality, to manage the development in order to complete the projects in time and budget. The core expertise is taken from Rational Unified Process (RUP), Rapid Development and Extreme Programming (XP). For each project or software product we customize the memIQ SDP based on its size and nature: we designate the roles, the development model, the tools to be used, the procedures and deliverables. Several elements included into the memIQ SDP are mandatory such as: version control, project schedule, defects tracking and analysis system, document templates, risk management, coding standards.
