Based on 20 years of experience in software development his activity is focused on increasing the business quality and technology excellence. He has activated as consultant for several German and American companies. Mr. Mancu is visiting professor at the West University of Timisoara where he teaches courses on Object Oriented Programming, Software Engineering and Project Management in software development.

Renee Renard, HR Manager
Responsible for human resources and day to day office management. Holds a University degree in Multimedia Design. Has postgraduate studies in HR Management and in Marketing and 15 years of management experience, out of which 7 years in German and American businesses and NGOs.

Dan Bugariu, Project Manager and Software Architect
Coordinates the software development projects, is responsible with the quality management in memIQ. Holds an University degree in Business and in Computers and also a master in Strategic Management of Organizations. He has 9 years of experience in software engineering and 5 years in project management.
